Voting is done using the Single Paper Ballot system. In this electoral mechanism, all candidates competing for the same position are presented to the voter on a single ballot. That is, a role for each category: governor, mayor, deputy, senator, councilor. Pullaro is the favorite to become governor after having obtained more votes in last July’s PASO than the four Peronist candidates combined.
