When speed measurements on the A1 towards Munich, a German was in a hurry on Saturday. He was driving at 190 km/h instead of the permitted 130 km/h. The 67-year-old also had an answer ready.
When asked why, the Bavarian replied that he had just had a clear lane in front of him. The 67-year-old used this to explain why he was traveling 60 km/h over the speed limit. At the Kasern rest stop, the man was subjected to a more detailed check. He was forbidden to continue driving, and his driver’s license was provisionally taken away. The Bavarian is reported.
