Which, personally, the writer I’m inclined to eat this kind of food because it’s like beans, kale, milk, and even chicken. It helps the author himself to have normal blood pressure. This is different than in the past where there were some ups and downs to the point where I had to go to the hospital often, but now I don’t go to the hospital anymore. It’s a very good thing.
