The Union Ministry of Health will make necessary changes to the Kovin app platform to remove Narendra Modi’s photo from the vaccine certificate. Assembly elections will be held in five states – Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Manipur and Goa. The election will be held in seven phases between February 10 and March 7. With the announcement of the election date yesterday, the code of conduct came into force. In this case, the photo of the Prime Minister is removed from the vaccine certificate.

Voting in UP will be held in seven phases from February 10. Voting in Punjab, Uttarakhand and Goa will be completed in a single phase on February 14. . Voting in Manipur will be held in two phases on February 27 and March 3. The counting of votes will take place on March 10. The commission ruled that the first ballot was due on February 10, taking into account the spread of Kovid. The first notification to the 403-member UP Assembly will be issued on the 14th of this month. The second phase in UP is on February 14. The third phase will take place on February 20, the fourth phase on the 23rd of next month and the fifth phase on the 27th. The sixth phase is on March 3 and the seventh phase is on March 7. The polls for 117 seats in Punjab, 70 in Uttarakhand and 40 in Goa will be held in a single phase on February 14. Voting in Manipur will be held in two phases on February 27 and March 3.
