Azorim reports record sales data for 2021. During the past year, the company sold 1,164 units in the amount of NIS 2.8 billion (including VAT), compared to 976 units sold in the corresponding period last year in the amount of NIS 2.1 billion. (includes VAT). These figures reflect a 20% increase in the number of housing units sold and a 33.3% jump in the financial volume of housing sales. This is the third year in a row that Azorim is expected to be the public company that sells the most apartments in Israel.

The average price of an apartment in 2021 was NIS 2.4 million (including VAT), compared to NIS 2.17 million (including VAT) in the corresponding period last year. A jump of about 11% in the average price per apartment.

The projects that most significantly affected sales volumes in 2021 are the evacuation-construction project Moment In Bat Yam with an impressive achievement in the world’s first real estate online sale, the luxury project Exchange Ramat Gan, “Narcissus Areas” project in Rishon Lezion, “Central Park 17” project in Be’er Sheva, “Areas that are”, evacuation-construction project N Sokolov in the north of the city of Netanya, as well as other projects.

We continue to experience peak demand for area housing units and conclude third year as market leaders. “Areas that have marked the field of evacuation-construction as a strategic growth engine, is expected in the coming year to significantly increase the scope of projects and housing units under construction in this field.”

Regarding the new year ahead, Avidan added that “in 2022 the company is expected to launch five significant construction clearance projects, some of which will be built in stages and will include upon completion over 3,500 housing units in large complexes that combine residential, commercial, and leisure. “Its quality and variety, while dealing with a shortage of land supply both as part of additional urban renewal projects and through deals in the purchase of attractive land in areas of demand such as Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.”
