Last Friday, more than 15 million viewers followed the historic victory of the Blues against the All Blacks at the Stade de France (27-13) on TF 1. La Une then achieved its best audience of the year. This Thursday evening, the channel did not repeat its performance, but the match between Fabien Galthié’s Blues and the Uruguayan team as part of the Rugby World Cup (and which ended in a victory 27 -12 for the tricolors) still attracted 11.77 million oval ball fans. The meeting therefore brought together 52.7% of the public and completely beat the competition. The other channels have to be content with very low scores.

In second position, “Special Envoy”, which notably offered a report on mineral water, attracted 1.4 million viewers (or 6.5% audience share) on France 2. That’s 400,000 people less than last week, when the program was opposed to another match, football this time, between France and Ireland. On France 3, the mini-series “I lied” with Camille Lou and Thierry Neuvic intrigues 1.2 million crime fiction fans (5.3% market share).

M 6 below the million mark with “Scènes deménage”

M 6, for its part, found itself below the million viewers mark with “Scènes deménage”, which entertained only 960,000 fans (4.6% of the public). The channel is placed just ahead of France 5 and its documentary on “The Mystery of the Origins of Venice”, which interested 906,000 curious people (3.9% audience share).

Before prime time, the television event of this Thursday evening was the arrival of Ségolène Royal in “Touche Pas à mon Poste” on C8. The first column by the former minister and presidential candidate at Cyril Hanouna, which was devoted to violence against children, aroused an effect of curiosity: when Royal spoke, the audience climbed to reach 750 000 viewers, only to go down at the end of the column and plunge to 500,000 people. For the moment, we do not know the frequency of this column called “Ségolène explains”.
