Anthesis Lavola selects one graduate or graduate in Environmental Sciences as Head of Corporate Sustainability and Transactions in Barcelona.

Job requirements:

University education in: Economics, Business Administration and Management, Political Science, Law, Sociology, Advertising and Public Relations, Environmental Sciences, Biology or equivalent qualification. Master, Postgraduate or Doctorate in Sustainability and environment: Corporate Social Responsibility; Human rights; Democracy; Globalization; Communication in Organizations; Executive MBA; Project management or equivalent qualification. We also value specific training and experience of 5 years or more in:
Project and work team management.
Knowledge of the sector.
Consultancy.
Preparation of service proposals.
Development of new products and services.
Preparation of sustainability reports, GRI and/or EINF.
Sustainability strategies aligned with the SDGs.
Analysis of ESG risks and/or impacts.
Complementary training in the Global Reporting Initiative.

Relevant information:

The functions to be developed will be the following:

Control, coordinate bid requests and write offers in coordination with the Solution Headquarters. Write standards and propose improvements. Plan projects (select the best profiles to carry out each project, plan monthly workloads, review and control team workloads, make modifications and replanning). Ensure target monthly “work in progress”. Plan project milestones and review them periodically with Project Managers. Ensure that projects do not stop and respond to customer needs. Follow the risks of the projects with the Project Managers and, where appropriate, with the Solution Management, to minimize their effects. Coordinate with the Operations Directorate to see the status of the previous aspects. Implement new work instructions, procedures in coordination with the Operations and Solutions Management.
