Ms. Dornfelder, the organizer of the annual Kaltenthal charity gala, is accused of embezzling donations. But sister Hanna suspects accountant Strehle is to blame. In fact, he admits to having embellished the numbers because donations had declined and he finally wanted to be a benefactor. Hanna doesn’t reveal Strehle, but demands that he raise donations as quickly as possible to make up the sum. Through a clever maneuver, she even manages to receive a hefty donation from Wöller and Huber.

Meanwhile, Superior Elisabeth Reuter learns that Hanna showed the surveyors where the Gutenberg Bible was buried. This is how it was discovered that the writing was buried on national territory and could not be sold by the superior. For the angry Elisabeth Reuter it is clear: Hanna has to leave the order. However, things take a surprising turn. Fund manager Herbert Danzer is exposed as a fraud and taken away by the police. So the superior has to admit that Hanna’s courageous intervention saved her from advancing five million euros to a fraudster. This leaves only one decision: Hanna can stay!

Wolfgang Wöller, on the other hand, is devastated. It’s not just that Danzer is arrested and his business and political plans are thwarted. His private life is also in ruins. Marianne Laban, who was incited against Wöller by Huber, accuses his lover Doris Bergmann of only getting a divorce for her boss. She begs them not to take Wöller away from her. And that’s not all. Marianne also bursts Wöller’s bubble of lies: He can neither dance the tango nor is he thinking about traveling to Argentina with Doris. Then Doris’s collar explodes. When Wöller comes home, all he finds is a farewell letter instead of his Doris. And then his secretary leaves him too.
