Day.Az reports that Jeyhun Mirzayev, the general secretary of the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society, said this in a statement to Trend’s Karabakh office.
Jeyhun Mirzayev said that our goal in coming here is to deliver 40 tons of flour to Armenian residents living in Khankendi.
“We are here as the Red Crescent Society. We are currently waiting. We are fully ready for the transition in one way or another. Our goal is to deliver 40 tons of flour to the residents of Armenian origin living in Khankendi. We will wait here until the delivery. If the transition takes place, we will be one of the people there. we need to conduct a survey and assessment to determine the needs. After determining the needs, in the next stage, we will plan and prepare to help with food, non-food, and whatever is needed. The Red Crescent Society is fully ready for this.”
