The French stock market watchdog criticizes Rallye in particular for having “disseminated false or misleading information likely to set the price of Rallye shares at an abnormal or artificial level”.
Rallye, Casino’s parent company, announced in a press release on Monday that it had filed an appeal against the decision of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) which imposed a fine of 25 million euros on it last week.
