Company Honor Joins the folding trend and announces a new one of its own. Last night the company announced the folding Magic V Which will go on sale in China on January 18 and will go up starting from 1,570 Dollars.
The Magic V folding comes with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor along with 12GB of operating memory and 256 or 512GB of storage. There is no room for increasing the storage volume with a memory card.
The screen of the device is OLED when in open mode it is 7.9 inches in size, 1984 × 2272 resolution, with a pixel density of 381ppi, a refresh rate of 90 Hz, melting in a billion colors and in the HDR10 + standard. In closed mode, the external screen is a 6.45-inch OLED, 1080 × 2560 resolution, with a pixel density of 431ppi, a refresh rate of 120 Hz and support for a billion colors and an HDR10 + standard. Upon unveiling the HONOR device, it boasted that its external screen is more useful than the external screen of Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 3. The company wanted the external screen to be comfortable for regular use so it made it in a wide ratio of 21: 9 which is a similar ratio to regular smartphones available in the market. According to the publication, the company has not yet decided whether the device will be marketed outside China in the global markets. The price of the device in 12/256 GB configuration will increase in China 9,999 yuan such as $ 1,570. A 12/512 GB configuration will cost 10,999 yuan which is about $ 1,725.
