by time news

Berlin – If you wanted to rent an existing apartment in Berlin last year, you should pay an average of four percent more than in the previous year. This is the result of a study by the real estate portal Immowelt.de on the rental development in 80 German cities, which was published on Monday. Existing apartments with a size of 40 to 120 square meters then increased in price in Berlin from an average of ten euros per square meter in 2020 to 10.40 euros per square meter (cold) in 2021 – and the trend is rising.
