Homeland Today: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs condemned, on Wednesday, the Israeli escalation in the occupied Palestinian territories, the latest of which was the aggression on Tuesday evening against the city of Jenin, and warned of the continuation of the cycle of violence.
The Ministry’s official spokesman, Ambassador Sinan Al-Majali, stressed the need to stop raids on all Palestinian cities, warning of the consequences of this escalation, which will only lead to further deterioration and violence.
He also stressed the need for the international community to move immediately and effectively to stop this escalation and provide protection for the Palestinian people in the occupied Palestinian territories.
The Ministry’s official spokesman stressed the need to protect Palestinian cities from repeated attacks on them, stop the escalation that represents a violation of international humanitarian law and Israel’s obligations as the occupying power, and the need to stop campaigns against the Palestinian people immediately.
