The Director of Account Based Marketing will join the Revenue Marketing Team, reporting to the Head of Revenue Marketing. This role will build and lead strategic marketing plans consisting of multi-touch, multi-channel programs including both inbound and outbound campaigns as well as managing 3rd party vendors and tools to meet the sales goals of account segments.

The Director will collaborate with several different teams across the business on various strategic initiatives to accelerate the growth of Heartland’s Enterprise segment. This individual will drive key programs and measurements to ensure an optimal marketing mix from multiple channels.

In close partnership with Sales, will define and build acquisition strategies to accelerate growth and deliver highly qualified opportunities to multiple teams in the U.S. This will include understanding sales cycles, and value propositions, overseeing asset and content creation and distribution leveraging an omnichannel approach.

Responsibilities

Create the strategy and lead the team in executing high-impact, integrated ABM programs to achieve revenue and pipeline goals.

Work across the marketing organization as well as sales and other teams to design and orchestrate impactful, targeted ABM campaigns.

Define ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and Key Accounts targets, in collaboration with Sales and product leaders.

Build and lead a team by coaching and developing existing members and bringing expertise by hiring new team members.

Guide efforts to create standardized Account Based Marketing reporting and dashboards for key accounts, presenting performance to multiple stakeholders throughout the company.

Oversee our ABM strategy, approach, and programs, and communicate to the marketing team and larger organization.

Partner with Marketing operations for account-based marketing tech stack, including evaluation of additional tools.

Work closely with central marketing teams – creative, copy, automation, and events – to launch and deliver high-impact marketing campaigns.

Track performance of all activities and achieve revenue targets.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 5 year’s experience in a B2B demand generation or ABM for Enterprise accounts

Extensive experience with team leadership in marketing, demand generation, and partnering with central web, creative and copy teams.

Proven track record defining and executing highly engaging and revenue-driven events and Enterprise demand-generation programs.

Strong relationship builder and high collaborator with Sales, executive leadership, and other stakeholders.

Solid experience working with new tools and vendors to deliver best-in-class customer acquisition in all stages of the sales funnel.

Experience defining clear requirements for reporting and campaign measurement

Understanding of the fintech solution sales cycle and how to employ marketing strategies to nurture leads, convert, and close deals.

Excellent communication skills, particularly when articulating findings in meaningful, clear ways to stakeholders with an emphasis on actionable insight

Exceptional time management skills

Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to define and achieve objectives with limited oversight
