Tragic Head-On Crash Claims the Life of a Teenager in New Milford
NEW MILFORD, Conn. (WFSB) – A devastating head-on collision on Route 7 in New Milford has resulted in the death of a teenager and left three others in critical condition. The incident occurred just before 4:00 p.m. on Friday afternoon, near the popular “Made in Brazil” store and the Italia Mia Restaurant on Danbury Road.
According to Mayor Pete Bass, the crash involved two vehicles, with three teenagers in one car and two adults in the other. The details surrounding the cause of the collision are still under investigation by New Milford’s accident reconstruction team.
The three individuals currently in critical condition range in age from 18 to 48 years old. Their conditions remain fragile, and they are receiving intensive medical care.
