Supreme Court Additional Solicitor General Venkataraman Speaks at Brahmin Sangam Event in Palakkad

Palakkad, Kerala – The Universal Pramana Sangam, organized by the Kerala Brahmin Council, continued its second day yesterday at Kalaiyarang near Ramanathapuram in Palakkad. The event, focused on ‘World Civilization through Vedic Tradition’, featured various speakers and discussions.

Highlighting the importance of Sanatana Dharma (Eternal Way of Life), Supreme Court Additional Solicitor General Venkataraman emphasized that it should always be followed. He compared Sanatana Dharma to the power of God and the power of wind, stating that it possesses its own unique strength. He cautioned against ignorant people speaking about it, emphasizing the need for sacrifice and perseverance in order to lead a good life. Venkataraman urged everyone to abide by Sanatana Dharma.

The session also featured discussions by Alwar, a professor from Karnataka Sanskrit University, Shibail Vaidya, a multilingual and media expert. The first day of the event witnessed sessions on ‘Innovation, Economic Growth’, where Pradeep Kumar, Chairman of Karnataka Bank, Venkatesh, Partner at Agastya Legal LLP, and Sundar Kalyanam, Ex-Managing Director of Dubai ‘Petroback’, participated. Another session titled ‘Achieve goals through Vedic education’ engaged Prof. Mahadevan from IIM Bengaluru, Prof. Ramasubramanian from IIT Mumbai, and Seshadrinath Shastri, a Vedic scholar and management guru Sharma. The session titled ‘Empowerment of Women through Self-Enlightenment, Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow’ saw discussions by Bharat Kyan founders Hari and Hema Hari, as well as Bharatanatyam and eminent artist Padmajasuresh.

In the session titled ‘Creating Milestones in Personal Growth’, Prof. Parameshwar P. Iyer from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, Ganesh Padmanabhan, CEO of Autonomize AI based in Austin, Texas, USA, and Rama Bharadwaj, a renowned dancer and choreographer, shared their insights.

Throughout the day, several renowned personalities took part in different sessions. Padma Shri awardee Ananda Shankar Jayant, Kalyan Jewelers Managing Director Kalyanaraman, and Ramani, Founder and Managing Trustee of Sankara Eye Foundation, spoke in the session titled ‘Capacity to Make Man’. The event also featured art programs presented by Coimbatore College.
