China has imposed a curfew on a third city following the Corona outbreak.
As a result, 5.5 million people are said to be under severe restrictions. The city administration has imposed curfews in Anyang, China’s Henan province, after a corona outbreak was detected.
The Omigron variant, which is spreading rapidly in European countries, is currently spreading in Chinese cities. The spread of Omigron has accelerated in China as foreign travelers have been denied entry due to corona restrictions.
China recently placed 13 million people under strict control following the detection of corona infection in about 2,000 people in Xi’an.
Moreover, more than one million residents have been isolated in the city of Yusho since the discovery of three asymptomatic corona infections. As a result, a total of 20 million people are currently under severe curfew.
