Nicola Porcella revealed that she is having legal problems in Mexico, the country where she now resides. According to his statements, a third person has registered his name as a trademark before the National Copyright Institute (INDAUTOR) in the Aztec country.

Porcella expressed his concern about this unexpected situation and said that he is already taking action on the matter.
“They are registering my name. Right now I have to send a lawyer so that, please, they don’t register my name. A thousand things are happening. They are registering my name as a trademark. So, it’s not me. “I’m getting a lot of roles, and it’s not me,” she revealed.
Nicola Porcella also took the opportunity to thank her audience for the support and regretted that some people are directing negative comments towards her colleagues from the so-called “Team Infierno” from “The House of the Famous Mexico”.
“The truth is that we all get along very well. I love them very much, but if it doesn’t happen that we make videos together it’s because we’re really full and we’re taking advantage,” the model explained.
