The Rosaristas Bar Association joyfully celebrated its 40 years of existence with a very packed academic and social event
The Rosaristas Bar Association, an association that brings together graduates of the Faculty of Jurisprudence of the Universidad del Rosario, commemorated its 40 years at the Annual Congress of Lawyers, which took place over the weekend in Medellín.
This academic and social event brought together prominent professionals from the world of law belonging to academia, litigation, the judicial branch, among other sectors, to discuss new trends in evidence in different areas of the science of law..
Under the academic direction of the Rosarista lawyer and assistant magistrate, Humberto Izquierdo Saavedra, prominent exponents were present, among which magistrates of the high courts such as Gerardo Botero (Supreme Court of Justice) and Alfonso Cajiao (National Commission of Judicial Discipline) stood out.
The installation was carried out by the President of the Rosarista Bar Association, Ricardo Hernán Medina Rico, the Rector of the Universidad del Rosario, Alejandro Cheyne and the Dean of the Faculty of Jurisprudence Laura Victoria García Matamoros. During the installation words, the president of the College and former representative of Bogotá, Ricardo Medina, highlighted the importance of this type of meeting.
