DIG/ Dismissed in October 2020 from the Task Force on External Debt by the Presidency of the Republic following numerous slip-ups and recriminations from several administrations against his team, the Franco-Gabonese Pierre Duro has just begun his comeback.
He was (re)appointed on September 21, 2023 by the President of the Transition, Brice-Clotaire Oligui Nguéma, Head of mission of the Task Force on external and internal debt.
The legal expert will be assisted by Air Brigadier General Jean Hilaire Moubemba Maganga.
Pierre Duro’s mission will be to carry out the verification of all public contracts awarded to several companies.
