The Columbia Women’s Leadership Network Program in Brazil annually selects groups of mid-senior level professionals
The República.org institute is sponsoring 4 scholarships for black women, in management positions in the Brazilian public service, to participate in the female leadership training program at Columbia Global Centers Rio. Applications will be open until October 2nd and the candidates will be selected. will be part of the new edition of the Columbia Women’s Leadership Network Program in Brazil, to be developed in Rio de Janeiro and on the University’s campus in New York. Registration for the selection process is open on the website Columbia Global Centers Rio.
To participate in the selection process, interested parties must meet 4 prerequisites:
Identify as a woman; have completed higher education; at least 3 years of experience in a management position in the public, private or third sector and have proficiency in the English language.
The Columbia Women’s Leadership Network Program in Brazil annually selects groups of mid-senior professionals to develop a growing network of Brazilian women, in the private and public sectors. The objective is to train ethical, inclusive leaders, effective in communication and open to diversity, and empower them to remodel institutions, in order to encourage the success of other women.
The initiative is made up of 6 modules, which include strategic training, networking activities, seminars, classes on scientific methodologies for projects, mentoring sessions and a Seminar to Present the Results of Final Projects.
