Avi Sagi, chairman of the gymnastics association: “When the sculptor Rachel Weitzer approached us with her generous offer to give Linoy the statue, so that it could be placed next to the artistic gymnastics tent, we felt excitement and gratitude. There is no doubt that Ashram is one of the most prominent in the gymnastics industry in Israel over the years. As an Olympic champion and who has won over 100 medals, including world championships, Ashram certainly deserves such honor. “Linoy thanked the sculptor and presented a bouquet of flowers on behalf of the association as a token of gratitude.
