At least one hundred people died and another 150 were injured in a fire during a wedding in a ballroom in a small town in northern Iraq, a state vehicle reported this Tuesday (26), citing health sources. Nineveh province’s medical services “listed 100 dead and more than 150 injured in the fire at a party hall in Hamdaniya”, reported the official Iraqi press agency INA, clarifying that it was a “preliminary” assessment.
