The youth department of Urbani Nesher recently took a groundbreaking step when it established a group for people with special needs. On Monday evening, the team hosted the first and unique tournament of its kind – A football tournament featuring boys and girls, who until recently did not even know how to kick a ball. The unique project of the “Gate of Equality” association gives trainees with special needs, the opportunity to train and compete in football. Nesher Municipality and the Nesher Urban Group, lifted the glove and formed a group of boys with special needs as part of the group club. Last night, Nesher’s team competed for the first time in the unique tournament against teams from Karmiel and Maalot.
The special program called “Equal Victory” provides trainees with professional guidance, guidance and training along with emotional guidance and help in dealing with difficulties in daily life.
