In the indictment prepared by the Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, it was stated that AES acted inappropriately towards Atatürk’s photograph while playing with the photographs with his friends in class approximately 2 years ago. AES, who was reported by a person who shared this video on social media, was detained by the Istanbul Children’s Branch Directorate teams on September 20, 2023 and arrested on the same day.
