Hungarian real estate projects with a total value of around 2.5 billion euros will be presented in Munich.
How Ernő Takács (M.), President of the Real Estate Roundtable Association (IFK), Benedek Gyorgyevich (l.), CEO der Városliget Zrt., und István Joó, General Director of the National Investment Agency (HIPA), at a press conference in Budapest, IFK and HIPA are setting up the Hungary-Budapest stand in Munich with special support from the Budapest City Forest Project. This year the focus will once again be on industrial logistics developments, and office and hotel developments will also be presented.
This year, for the first time, more projects in the province than in the capital will be presented at the real estate fair. In addition to Budapest, Debrecen, Miskolc, Nagykanizsa, Kecskemét and Szolnok will also be represented with their development opportunities and projects at the Hungarian stand, as well as the largest Hungarian real estate developers such as Wing Zrt., Futureal Group, InfoGroup, GLP, GTC and Atenor.
EXPO-REAL, Europe’s largest trade fair for real estate professionals, developers and investors, will take place from June 4th to 6th. It takes place for the 25th time in October and brings together more than 2,000 exhibitors from 75 countries and 40,000 decision-makers.
