Benfica announced, this Friday, through a statement to the CMVM (Securities Market Commission), the departure of Domingos Soares de Oliveira from his position as administrator of SAD and other companies linked to the Benfica group.
Despite the director’s resignation, the two parties agreed to a “non-compete pact with immediate effect”, for a value of one and a half million euros.
Following this decision, the Board of Directors of eagles co-opted Jaime Antunes as a new member of the Board.
Domingos Soares de Oliveira held the position of Administrator of SAD since 2004/2005.
