Someone should remember September 29, 2023 forever. This Friday, the EuroMillions jackpot, which amounted to 130 million euros, was won by a player in France, says Française des Jeux (FDJ ) at the Parisian.
“The player checked the five correct numbers and two correct stars,” the FDJ tells us. The correct numbers were 9, 11, 13, 21 and 32, and the two stars were 2 and 7. Other players also chose the five correct numbers, but only checked one correct star. These sixteen bettors, including three French people, won the sum of 81,127.90 euros.
Second French winner in a month
“As in all draws, a person in France won the sum of one million euros today thanks to the My Million game,” specifies the FDJ on its website. This player will have to come forward to collect their winnings.
This is the second time in September 2023 that a French player has won the EuroMillions jackpot. A few days ago, a Breton woman pocketed a jackpot of 109 million euros. “After losing my job, I worried a lot but I no longer have the pressure of work anymore,” said the player who had just been fired.
