JAKARTA – PT Indonesian Stock Exchange ( AT ) noted that there were 10 shares that experienced significant strengthening this week. Even though transactions only lasted four active stock exchange days following the Thursday holiday (28/8/2023), a number of shares were targeted by investors.
In the period from September 25 to 29, 2023, two small-cap companies led gains of more than 50 percent. They are PT Era Media Sejahtera Tbk (DOOH), and PT Golden Flower Tbk (POLU).
DOOH shares led an increase of 75.71 percent at IDR 123 from last week’s level of IDR 70. During the week, net transactions reached IDR 244.1 billion, with a volume of 3.1 billion shares. Thanks to this increase, DOOH shares soared 146 percent in a month. DOOH is an advertising issuer listed on May 8 2023.
POLU is in second place with an increase of 55.66 percent. This is the second time that the shares of this steel plate supplier have led the ranks of top gainers, after this happened in the second week of this month.
The increase in POLU shares occurred during just 2 active stock exchange days at the beginning of the week. The reason is, in the last two days the stock has been locked by the stock exchange. Accumulatively in a week, POLU share net transactions reached IDR 2.3 billion, with a volume of 3.2 million shares.
Based on IDX statistics, Saturday (30/9/2023), the following is a list of top gainers this week:
1. PT Era Media Sejahtera Tbk (DOOH) shot up 75.71 percent to IDR 123 from IDR 70.
2. PT Golden Flower Tbk (POLU) soared 55.66% to IDR 825 from IDR 530.
