The 17-year-old defendant said that the meetings always took place in a public toilet, where one or more men allegedly performed sexual acts ranging from oral sex to consensual sex. However, contrary to the defendant’s statements, several videos published on social media show that the attacks were much more brutal in reality. In one of them, the victim lies half-naked and unconscious on the ground. The videos show the defendants horribly humiliating and hurling insults at their victims.
On the other hand, in the statement of the young girl, it was learned that she said, “I did not accept, but I did not say no either.” Three teenagers, aged 16, 17 and 19, were charged with rape, pornographic depiction of minors, sustained violence and grievous bodily harm. Two of the defendants (both with previous convictions) were sentenced to unconditional imprisonment, while the 16-year-old defendant was acquitted. Of the two young people sentenced to prison, the 17-year-old defendant was sentenced to three years in prison for rape under degrading conditions and attempted serious injury, and the 19-year-old defendant was sentenced to eight years in prison.
