It was established that the man, being empowered to select suppliers of agricultural products, from October 2022 to April 2023 received a monetary reward from a regional representative of a private enterprise for a favorable decision on the issue of choosing this organization as a supplier of crop protection products from weeds, as well as seeds crop products.
Taking into account the position of the state prosecutor and the evidence presented by him, the Stolin District Court ruled a guilty verdict. Based on Part 1 of Article 430 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, the accused was sentenced to restriction of freedom with a transfer to an open correctional institution for a period of 2 years 6 months with a fine of 350 basic units (12.95 thousand rubles) with deprivation of rights hold positions related to the performance of organizational and administrative duties and legally significant actions for a period of 5 years.
The verdict has not entered into legal force and can be appealed and appealed.
