Sentence changed to social work

Martí José Peña Hernández was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison for the crime of injuries, committed on September 11, 2022 in Nuevo Cuscatlán, La Libertad. The victim, Pedro GR, suffered injuries to his right hand after an argument and death threats with Peña Hernández. The Second Sentencing Court of Santa Tecla replaced the prison sentence with public utility work for the same period. However, Peña Hernández was detained, as he has another case open in the west of the country.
