The Pierre-Rouquès – Les Bluets hospital refuses to perform more cesarean sections on the grounds that they are more profitable. He does not want to put a mother and her baby outside because beds need to be freed. He also does not want to impose an obstacle course on their patients; on the contrary, his teams want to organize appointments as coherently as possible.

And too bad if it is not included in the performance indicators because it is these choices which have earned, for example, the maternity ward to be labeled Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative (BFHI) by the World Health Organization and the ‘UNICEF.
