The Rio de Janeiro court ordered the release of the four military police officers involved in the death of Thiago Flausino, 13, who was shot in an operation in Cidade de Deus, in the west zone. The decision was taken following a request from the MPRJ (Public Ministry of Rio de Janeiro). In the charter, the judge decreed precautionary measures, such as the prohibition of contact with the victim’s family and the suspension of external work by police officers.
