RTVE’s El Conquistador attended a highly demanding elimination test this Monday. And the mangrove test, in which the nominees of this adventure reality show had to untangle a 30-meter rope and then roll it up into a log set up for this purpose, put the strength and skill of the participants to the limit. Both Guyo (Yocahu) and Joana (Atabey) tried in every way but the one who finally won the challenge was Miguel, one of the two brothers on the team captained by Cesc Escolá.
The member of the Yocahu team was very solid throughout the entire test and not only showed great physical and mental strength but also great sagacity when it came to navigating branches and knots. “Ten years caving in small areas…”, he justified to the camera, after receiving praise from Raquel Sánchez Silva herself. «Daniel, Miguel, an impeccable challenge. A demonstration of strength and, above all, cunning,” acknowledged the presenter of shows such as ‘Pekin Express’ or ‘Masters of Sewing’, among others. Julian Iantzi himself responded to this with a new compliment: “I have seen this test a few times already, and I have to tell you that I have never seen anything as perfect as yours,” he assured.

The mangrove test meant the Cubans said goodbye to the adventure reality show presented by Julian Iantzi and Raquel Sánchez Silva. The red team contestant was unable to complete the challenge on time and left the Yocahu with one less member, something that his fellow adventurers did not regret much either. “Now we no longer have a handicap, that’s true,” they concluded. And Guyo had previously been the protagonist of many of the frictions experienced within the red team.
The last one had to do with the early elimination of the cannibals in the test. Who had been the cause of its elimination? All the contestants on the red team wanted to band together and ignore the accident… and even Cesc Escolá himself warned: “I am not going to tolerate accusations behind my back and little child things.” Everyone… except Guyo. Because the Cuban was not of the same opinion and he wanted the culprit to show his face.
