PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE ORDERED THE CAPTURE OF JUAN PABLO DURAN, FORMER PRESIDENT OF BANDESAL, TO THE DETRIMENT OF THE STATE

Last night, the Prosecutor’s Office ordered the capture of Juan Pablo Durán, former president of BANDESAL, this former official was separated from his position in March 2022.

Since that moment, the FGR received information from the government and an investigation was initiated that has resulted in his arrest.

Mr. Juan Pablo Durán Escobar is accused of the crimes of Arbitrary Acts and Improper Bribery, to the detriment of the Public Administration.

In the next few hours he will be sent to a competent court to face justice.
