The Board of Directors of the Barcelona Football Club has called the Ordinary General Assembly of partners and partners, which will be telematic and not in person, for next October 21 at 9:30 a.m., in the first call, and at 10 a.m. in the second.

The Board of the Assembly, with the Board of Directors and the president, John Laporta, in front it will be established in the Auditori 1899 room, within the Spotify Camp Nou facilities. As in the worst times of covid, members will not be able to intervene in person and will have to do so through the screen due to the status of the works at the Camp Nou and surrounding areas.

The assembly, which will be held on a Saturday, does not coincide with a Barça match. The next day they will play in Montjuïc against Athletic.

Benefits with doping

Precisely, the General Assembly will be opened by the highest leader with the president’s report, to give way to the report and approval of the liquidation of the financial year of last season – with 304 million euros of profit thanks to doping by the television levers– and the budgets for the current campaign – with expected benefits of 11 million -.

Immediately afterwards, the ratification of the sponsorship contract with Ambilight TV will be requested and a report will be made on the current situation of the Barça space and works at Camp Nou, and a report from the Ombudsman of Members.

The proposals from members and the open round of interventions will put an end to a General Assembly that, in this case, is expected to be calm and without hot spots.
