The armed wing of Hamas fired hundreds of rockets on the morning of Saturday, October 7, from the Gaza Strip. At least two people were killed and 15 others injured, according to the Israeli Red Cross, provoking multiple condemnations within the international community.
Since the beginning of the morning, while the rocket fire towards Israel continues, the images of these attacks have been broadcast in a loop, while the Israeli Minister of Defense, Yoav Gallant, accused Hamas of having launched “a war against the State of Israel” and the Israeli army announced that it had sent “dozens” of combat planes to strike the movement’s targets.
At the same time, several hundred men, women and children carrying blankets and food were forced to leave their homes to head towards the interior of the Gaza Strip.
