This downpour is expected to occur mainly in the hilly areas of Coimbatore, Nilgiris, Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode, Krishnagiri, Dharmapuri, Tirupattur, Salem, Namakkal, Tiruchirappalli, Karur, Dindigul, Madurai, Virudhunagar, and Theni districts.
