The first victims of climate change, high mountain regions are warming at a rate ten times faster. The melting of Lake Lhonak, as well as the unusual rains in October of this year, caused the overflow of flows with a tributary above normal 4.5 meters, rushing between the rivers of the mountainous border of India with Nepal.
