In Kanchipuram, 40 policemen, including three police inspectors and four police assistant inspectors, have been transferred for allegedly assisting Rowdy Padappai Guna.

N. Gunasekaran alias Guna, a popular rowdy from Maduramangalam area of ​​Kanchipuram district, has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murder and kidnapping in Kanchipuram, Chengalpattu and Tiruvallur. Cases are pending against him.

Police are taking serious action to arrest Guna, who is currently in hiding. Police led by Additional SP Vellathurai arrested and interrogated his wife Ellammala on the 9th while Padappai Guna was in hiding. Meanwhile, Guna’s wife Ellammal has filed a case in the Chennai High Court.

In this case, three police inspectors were transferred yesterday for allegedly aiding and abetting the shooting. Kanchipuram All Women’s Police Station Inspector Maheshwari, Manimangalam Police Inspector Balaji, Sriperumbudur Police Inspector Rajangam and 3 other police inspectors have been transferred by DGP Silenthra Babu as they acted in support of the famous rowdy film Guna.

It has now been revealed that not only 3 police inspectors but a total of 40 people have been transferred to help in the shooting.

The DGP’s office has ordered the immediate transfer of 40 personnel, including 8 constables, 10 primary constables, 15 chief constables, 4 assistant inspectors and 3 police inspectors, who assisted the A-plus level rowdy in various ways. Kanchipuram SI Ashok Chakraborty has been transferred to Ramanathapuram district and Walajabad police station SI L Venkatesh and SV Chatram SI Vijayakand have been shifted to Virudhunagar district.

It is noteworthy that all the 40 persons transferred were transferred to Sivagangai, Virudhunagar, Tuticorin and Ramanathapuram districts
