A terrible accident occurred at around 19:00 in the location known as Ciklos on the Nicosia-Kyrenia Main Road.
According to information obtained by CYPRUS, four people, including two children, were injured.
It was shared that one child was in serious condition.
The injured were taken to hospital by ambulance teams.
According to the information provided by the Police Press Officer, 65-year-old Tatiana Pak lost her life.
Eilin UMURZAKOVA (K-22) was traveling towards Kyrenia with the vehicle with plate number NH 383, when she reached the right-leaning bend, she lost control of the steering wheel, left the road, hit the barriers and rolled over. Tatiana PAK (K-65), Emirkan ÖZKAN (E-10) and Alpaslan ÖZKAN (E-5), who were passengers in the same vehicle with the driver of the vehicle injured as a result of the accident, were taken to Nicosia Dr Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital. Tatiana PAK, who was seriously injured in the accident, could not be saved despite all the interventions and lost her life, while the treatment of the other injured people is still continuing.
