Four days after the surprise attack by Hamas, the Israeli army increased its bombings on the Gaza Strip, where the humanitarian situation became alarming. According to the Hamas Ministry of Health, Israeli fire left 830 people dead and 4,300 injured. “When it’s quiet, there’s an explosion every twenty minutesexplains a resident, otherwise, it’s every two or three minutes.” Late Tuesday afternoon, the Israeli navy targeted the Gaza port and fighter jets targeted the al-Daraj neighborhood, a densely populated area of the city.
