Watan Al-Youm: Israeli Channel 12 said that Israel threatened Egypt to strike any trucks carrying aid that attempt to enter Gaza from the Rafah crossing.
The Ministry of Interior and National Security in the Gaza Strip said that the Israeli occupation army re-bombed the Rafah land border crossing with Egypt, after repairing the damage it sustained from yesterday’s bombing, Monday.
Two crossing employees were injured as a result of the bombing.
The Rafah land crossing connects the Gaza Strip with Egypt, where it is open for 5 days a week and allows passage to a specific capacity.
In addition, the ruling Likud Party in Israel announced that the coalition leaders agreed to establish a national emergency government.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who heads one of the most right-wing governments in Israel’s history, called on opposition leaders to join a unity government immediately, seeking to garner greater support for any decision to respond to the Al-Aqsa flood battle.
Netanyahu said that he calls for the formation of a unity government similar to the one that was formed with Menachem Begin during the Six-Day War.
It is noteworthy that the head of the opposition Likud Party at the time, Menachem Begin, joined Prime Minister Levi Eshkol’s government without conditions
