Special Gazette for Gas Regulation

The Sri Lanka Standards Institution is empowered to formulate and regulate standards related to the import and distribution of LP gas.

A gazette notification has been issued in this regard.

According to the Extraordinary Gazette notification, the rating agency has the authority to set and regulate the import and distribution standards of LP gas imports, gas cylinders, regulators and valves.
