The serious things begin. After a clean-up and hitting exercises for part of the France group on Monday and a fairly quiet training session on Tuesday, the Blues were scheduled for a more intense session this Wednesday.
48 hours before an important match against the Netherlands (beaten 4-0 in the first leg) in the race to qualify for the Euro, Didier Deschamps’ players trained behind closed doors at Clairefontaine. A session which took place without Kylian Mbappé who left the gathering due to bereavement shortly after midday as revealed by L’Equipe and confirmed to us by those around him.
This Wednesday, the Blues started with a dynamic warm-up followed by technical and tactical work then reduced half-court games but also a set-up which revealed a surprise: Jonathan Clauss was with the starters. Ibrahima Konaté, Lucas and Théo Hernandez should be at his side.

In the middle, no surprises are to be expected since Tchouameni, Rabiot and Griezmann, who could play an 81st match in a row in Blue, are on pole to start.
