New artistic project in collaboration with the Milanese artist Mario Arlati for the M.Ar.Co Monza Arte Contemporanea Association with the exhibition ‘Mario Arlati. The Matter of Art’ which opens to the public on 21 October in the Council Room – Court Theater of the Royal Palace of Monza. The aim is to transform the spaces redeveloped in 2019 into a new artistic experience for the community, based on the evolution of their exhibition history and the promotion of contemporary art languages.
Arlati is known for his eclectic artistic path, which goes from pictorial minimalism to material research, creating three-dimensional works, characterized by Mediterranean-inspired colors and layered material surfaces, which dialogue with the viewer. M.Ar.Co draws inspiration from Arlati’s recent research, which finds in rags fertile material for artistic creation. Rags that become meditative elements in the search for answers about the future. The exhibition will run until November 26th.
