The Puerto Rican reggaeton player Farruko prepares a new album in which in addition to religious songs which it has hosted since 2022, will include others in which maintains its essence and dance styleaccording to what he said in an interview with EFE.
“Of course it has Christian songs. Obviously, it is no secret that I follow God and am a faithful believer in Jesus. But that’s not the only thing the album is going to have.”he assured.

“There will be the rhythms that characterize me, the danceable, moving style, of good vibes, of relief and sentimentality. “This album will be me opening myself up completely.”he explained.
The transformation of the 32-year-old urban artist became public in February 2022 when, at a concert in Miami, he asked God for forgiveness for the content of his songs, especially “Kernels“, the most successful of his career.
This song, which talks about drugs, was however included by former President Barack Obama (2009-2017) in his already famous list of his favorite songs of 2021.
In this new stage, the first single from the new album, titled “Pasa_je_ro“is a sample of what Carlos Efrén Reyes, his given name, is about to offer.
In the song, which was released last June, the artist sings: “But the money runs out, the movie ends. I don’t know when death will come to us. Thank God I learned to value. And I’m going to enjoy the time I have left.”
In addition, the production marks an important milestone in Farruko’s career because it is the first song he releases under his own label, Carbón Amor.
