Between 200 and 500 people were killed Tuesday evening in a hospital in Gaza City hit by a projectilereported the health ministry of the Palestinian territory controlled by Hamas.“It was not Israeli strikes that hit the hospital”said Daniel Hagari, spokesperson for the Israeli army, during a press briefing overnight from Tuesday to Wednesday. More than 3,000 people demonstrated in front of the French embassy in Tunis to criticize Paris for being an ally of Israel.The President of the United States, Joe Biden, who took off for Israel on Tuesday, spoke with Benjamin Netanyahu following the shooting at Ahli Arab hospital. The evacuation order given by Israel concerns 1.1 million inhabitants of the north of the enclave.At least 1,400 people, mostly civilians, killed in Israel since the attack launched from the Gaza Strip by Hamas. The number of deaths in the Hamas-controlled enclave rose to 2,750according to a latest assessment.The toll of French nationals killed rose further, reaching twenty-one dead and eleven missing.the French foreign ministry reported on Tuesday.
