How to turn a situation to your advantage? In the project adopted by the Senate Laws Committee on March 15, article 13 expanded the possibilities for withdrawing a title abroad that had not complied with the “principles of the Republic”to know : “personal freedom, freedom of expression and conscience, equality between women and men, the dignity of the human person, the motto and symbols of the Republic”or by taking advantage of “its beliefs or convictions to free itself from the common rules governing relations between public services and individuals”.

The minister has in particular in his sights the 2,852 foreigners holding a residence permit and registered in the file for processing reports for the prevention and radicalization of a terrorist nature (FSPRT, which has more than 20,000 people registered, mainly French) , which he intends to make irregular to keep them away.
